- Manually enter a literal value
- Or select an existing flow resource from the outputs tab, such as a variable or screen component by clicking on the “insert variable” button
4. After filling the required fields, click on the “Add” button to add your button to the assignment block.
And here you go! Your variables are ready to be used in your workflow.
You can go to the outputs tab on the left side of your editor to have an overview of your variables and different outputs.
Name your assignment block variables based on the terms of the subject area, so that the variable name clearly describes its purpose and delete spaces that separate the words.
